Fimo is ...

Fimo is a quality polymer modelling substance (polyvinyl chloride).

Fimo is a brand of polymer clay used for modelling and creating various decorative objects, jewellery, figurines and miniatures. This material is soft and easy to mould and, once moulded, it is hardened by baking in an oven at a temperature of around 110-130°C. There are several types of Fimo, for example:

Fimo Soft - a softer and easier to process version
Fimo Professional - firmer, designed for advanced makers
Fimo Effect - contains special effects such as metallic, pearlescent, glow-in-the-dark, etc.
Fimo Leather - after baking, it has a leather-like texture and can be bent
Fimo is popular among creatives because it allows the creation of detailed and original pieces, and can be combined with other materials such as metal, glass or resin.
