Hot drink and food okay
All FIMO products are baked in an electric oven at 110 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. It means the products are hardened enough for common domestic use. Pour hot coffee, tea, chocolate and other hot drinks into cups and mugs without causing damage to them. Glass products with milk, yoghurt, smoothie, ice cream and other substances can be placed in fridge. Spoons, pendants, key chains, earrings and similar items withstand some rougher use.

Freezer - Microwave Dishwasher
and cleaning products will damage FIMO to breaking point. Should you forget a FIMO cup or mug outside when freezing, leave it to defrost at room temperature. Temperatures below -10 degrees Celsius may damage FIMO irreversable. Fast change from hot to cold or freezing and cleaning with hot water is not appropriate. After getting dusty on a shell, rinse FIMO products with running water and leave to dry. Using antistatic duster you may accidentally break parts of FIMO. Small children (as well as many adults :)) often break FIMO while not used to handling with it. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years for they may confuse it with real candy and eat it.

Rough treatment will degrade the product. After all, it is a work of art. Keep that in mind.
