Delivery and Payments
- All prices quoted are final prices, which include the statutory value added tax of currently 20%.
- All items will be delivered immediately, if available from stock and only while stocks last.
- The final prices do not include the costs of packaging and shipping.
Shipping
I ship my products immediately after receipt and payment of the order. I send all products via Austrian Post or GLS/DPD. Packages are sent as fragile material with insurance.
For customized orders, the goods will be shipped after our mutual agreement, subsequent production, confirmation of the product from your side and payment.
Prices and delivery time
Austria 2-3 business days
The postage depends on size and weight of your order. Packages containing glass, porcelain and ceramics are sent as fragile and are insured. For orders from 60€ up we cover the postage expenses ourselves. In Gastein I deliver personally and for free.
POST:
- small box: 3€
- normal box: 4.50€ no Fragile
- 10.60€ Insured for up to 100€ and Fragile
The rest of the EU/GB 2-4 business days
- smal box: 8.20€
- normal box: 12.90€
I also deliver worldwide, the prices depending on the country and wished date of delivery.
USA: 4/8 business days and prices:
- small box 15€
- normal box 24.20€
Payment
Payments can be made most quickly via ATM cards : VISA, MAESTRO, MASTER CARD
Alternatively with APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY.
Other payment options are possible via: PAY PAL or BANK TRANSFER.
In Gastein-Austria it is possible to pay in cash in person.
